Body Positivity: The Fitness Industry Is A Lie

article image placeholderUploaded by @Professor42
And for Men's Fitness, you typically for the most part, you see a man who is bulky, big arms, big chest, slim waist, and it just has everything looks like modern GI Joe. Because my time is limited, I'm going to generalize some things you may not know. So typically with fitness in general, for both men and women, especially men or women in the fitness industry, for one, you have to follow an insane diet

Young Women/Men/Anyone listening there's things you may not know about, Dehydration, Drugs, Photoshop, Prescision eating, Don't compare yourself

And thanks for sharing this. Hopefully people will realize that we're all unique in our own ways and our bodies don't and shouldn't all look the same, and physical fitness and health are different and that your health is more important. And hopefully people realize that

My thoughts on photoshop and young girls comparing themselves on social med

So I really like how at the top in your description you added how Photoshop is an additional thing you shouldn't use to compare yourself because it's actually pretty crazy in this day and age, how easy it is to Photoshop your body and make yourself look a little different. I'm guilty of when I was younger and my skin was really bad

Jc and Carissa, thank you for your response. Hopefully I pronounce your name correctly. My apologies if I did not. First of all, I would like to say, JC, thank you for the input that you had had. You were probably the first person that has acknowledged that we are different genetically. I very briefly touched on this in a past. Well, I was completely unrelated to this topic in which I relayed that there are people because they have different genetics

Thank you so much for your reply. You pronounce my name perfectly right? So thank you for that. Also, another thing I wanted to mention, you are right pike. I'm on the younger side. I'm about to turn 21 so I have that perspective. But there's also this endless cycle of comparison. So you may think someone is the most perfect person ever. Physically. They're so attractive, they just look great
