Hey, Professor, I really find this interesting, too, especially since there are better and easier ways to identify people. I don't think you need to have a video conference or selfie or anything like that in order to understand if the person is the person who you're communicating with. I know a lot of older people, and they wouldn't even be able to do this. They wouldn't even understand what a selfie is. So I think that that's really discouraging, too
And I've heard and experienced myself many instances of you jumping through each and every hoop you're supposed to jump through and there will still be some problem, you still do something wrong, you misreport something, and then you get in trouble. And I think that I don't know if you're going to have people put in all of this work. It needs to be not only accessible for folks, but it needs to be fairly seamless and trustworthy. And I don't think we're getting that
