Are you an outdoors person?

I've noticed in the past few days of just going out, working on things and stuff like that. My mood is so much higher and it's elevated to a point from where it was a few days ago. A few days ago, we still had cold weather, not too terribly cold, but it was cold enough. You didn't want to go outside or do anything

Being able to go outside for an extended period of time. Does It help you i.e elevate your mood?

Being in the mountains, on the slopes and it's so pretty and just a great time. So that definitely elevates my mood and helps me reset. Other than that, just taking walks and being in nature or whatever it may be, I think getting outdoors definitely improves your mood, and I'm sure there's lots of studies on that too that I've seen a couple on. But I think for myself personally, I am an outdoors person

Hello professor 42 so I am definitely an outdoor person and I did not realize that until coming to College. I definitely use walks as a mental refresher between studying. I cannot stay in one place for too long because know what it is about being inside. But I just get my brain gets really like I get brain. What's called brain fog. Well, brain forest, but foggy mind, yeah, whatever that's called

So I think that certain people just really like not having a roof above their head or anything like that, and it makes them feel free and open. And I think that that's a really interesting way to live your life and experience the world around you. And I think that it does increase my positivity. I think that's why we take a walk outside after we've been working for hours, either in front of our computer or in an office or in a store

And I love to see people everywhere because it was just fascinating to see people doing random things, singing, playing skateboarding, using the scooters or the electric Pike, pike and all those things. And you really don't see that often anymore because it has changed so much because of COVID and the stigma. If you go out when it's cold and you get sick and all of these things, I think it has impacted, I guess, society in general though

I absolutely love the outside at my school. There's pike, this patch of grass. And I just love feeling the Sun's warmth. Being in California, anything below 76%, 60 and there's pike, wind is pike, very cold. So you always try to find the light or pike, the sun anywhere you go. And I love it
