Not emphasize as well is not more so asking for any sort of medical advice but perhaps pulling back a little bit that curtain taboo on mental health seeking counseling and therapy myself personally under a little bit of stress. It is a one stop shop for these services, and you can go out and seek out the services that you need. Now, here's the thing that I understand from my therapist friends is that they have to be licensed in the state you are in to be your licensed counselor or your licensed therapist

So I'm sure a lot of therapists wouldn't mind or they would probably liken to, the idea of just doing direct coaching. So I just want to say thank you and hope everything is good. Professor Freddie two out
