Yeah, as we lock down in our homes it is pandemic to lead to less or negligible physical activity which make us feeling more stressed, mentally exhausted. But making a body doing exercise, moving your body helps you. Getting a good sleep and good sleep automatically decrease your timeline and also limit caffeine to get good quality of sleep at night time and work upon yourself to find out your biological prime time the time of the day when you feel most energetic and do your most important work at those times
