While the physical benefits are notable, the mental boost that can be gained from adding a walk to your daily routine maybe more immediate. Psychologists found that a ten minute walk may be just as good as a 45 minutes workout when it comes to relieving the symptoms of anxiety. The active walking is also a proven mood booster. One of the studies that found that just twelve minutes of walking resulted in an increase in joy, reality, vigor, attentiveness and self confidence versus the same time spent sitting

Earlier I used to go for attending College, I used to go to my nearby train station using cycle but now I've shifted to walking. So I walked at least 13 minutes to the station and upon returning I walk from station to home for 13 minutes. So in total I walk for 26 minutes whenever I go to College. So I hope it is within the healthy range of walking and it will help me and it will benefit me in a great way

Hi Petey, thank you for the informative audio because the lazy people like me, we need some motivation to do work out. The main thing you mentioned I think is the easiest thing that can easily be added in the daily life daily routine. Like we all know we are dependent on the junk food and still don't do any workout that will be problematic in future for us. But your tips are very easy and I will definitely add them in my routine. So thank you. Bye

Hi Priesty, Great Swell I got a lot of information from your Swell cards and it seems that you've sparked such an amazing conversation, such a great back and forth. I'm not much of a Walker. I used to be in my first year of College because I used to love walking everywhere and I'm pretty sure I spent like an hour or more a day walking. It has come down since Japan got very lazy and I started finding walking boring

Hi, Sharia. Thank you so much for listening my swell. And believe me, nothing can be much greater for me than this. That people are getting motivated after listening to my swell. And yes, the panel Demik had made each and every one of us a bit lazy. But as the things are under control now
