Self Talk Importance.

Selftalk is the internal dialogue that we have with ourselves. It has a significant impact on our mental and emotional well being. Positive selftalk can help us develop hope, strength and love towards ourselves or selftalk influences our emotions, behavior and actions. Negative selftalks can lead to feeling anxiety, be, depression and low self esteem. On the other hand, positive self talk can improve our self esteem, reduce stress level and increase our overall sense of wellbeing

And first of all, I would really like to welcome you on the Swell app and I'm glad that you picked out this topic as your first Swell because it really talks about a very important thing which is self talk. I think most of us do that because I mean, most all of us basically at some point of time we are either dissing ourselves or praising our self or just talking to ourselves
