Especially if you find yourself being anxious or depressed for longer than three weeks at a time. You want to get a little professional help, and there is nothing wrong with that, believe me. Therapy is wonderful
So you're going to again use examples from your career and your personal life because you want this to be balanced. So ask yourself, why was I proud? Did other people share that pride? And if so, who were they? And then, what other factors contributed to my feelings of pride? So, step one, when I was my happiest. Step two, when I was most proud. And step three, identify those times when I was most fulfilled and satisfied

Lack of alignment definitely causes tension, and tension causes all kinds of bad things. So you're absolutely right in respect to values. So I'll be listening more. I just want to give my quick two cent there. Thanks much. Have a great day. JP

So of course then you would want to make changes and go through the list of your values like you had mentioned. And sometimes I think that might be gut instinct too, a little bit. I had made a podcast a while back about GI or anxiety, meaning gut instinct or is it anxiety or is your gut telling you you need to change something because this isn't working anymore, but yet you think you have an anxiety disorder
