And I'm glad how you decided to define what stress and stress management really is so that we are able to classify what we are feeling or what we are going through. Whether what we are feeling is really are we feeling stressed? Are we feeling angry? Are we feeling annoyed, are we feeling tired? So all of these are just side effects, right? You can feel them different, differently or you can feel it along with feeling stressed
