So, yes, but what we could do is we could not care about the results much because that eventually makes us a different kind of a person. Rather, we could just focus on giving our best in terms of anything, in terms of our love life, professional life, personal family, anything but lovely content that you've shared

This is actually a Navy Seal training, and the objective here is to survive five minutes. So the best outcomes are achieved by those people who allow themselves to sink. They go to the bottom, they hit the floor, they come back up, exhale inhale, and then repeat the whole process again for five minutes. It becomes rather effortless because at the end, compared to people who struggle, these people use only 25% of the energy that's required in trying to stay afloat
