So hi guys. Today is my new Swell and the swell topic is phone addiction I came with this topic here because I also felt like I was addicted with the phone phone for some weeks like a total addiction where I want to see phone while eating. I want to see while going through my pro. I want to see phone while walking. While taking my breakfast. While taking my lunch and whenever I free whenever I get a chance to see the mobile phone I did like surfing. Instagram. Surfing

Hi Prachi, I hope you're doing great and this was an amazing swell. I've been listening to a podcast a long time and this was an amazing topic to talk about. One thing I want to talk about and I do want to share my point of view regarding the same that also had a thought like I'm becoming a phone day by day so what I did to cut down my addiction to the phone that's what I'm going to tell you
I use a little whenever I can come back from the college to home to give me rest but if I feel like my body needs stress in other ways so I used to sleep rather than wasting my time on mobile

Hello Prachi as you told us about the addiction of mobile so I totally agree with you that the mobile addiction is very effective for us because because in our daily lives there are many activities like we suffering from I mean just we are going from just like Insta, FP, Snapchat, what's up and over total who I feel surrounded on these apps and all. So there is a totally habit about phone that when we wake up in the morning we firstly saw where is our phone?
