Mental wellness

Hello guys. Welcome to my NewsWELL on mentalwellbeing. Our mental health is important. By looking after it, we can feel happier, more positive and are better equipped to get the most out of our life. Research shows that the of five simple things we can do as a part of our daily lives to boost our mental health and well being. These five ways of well being. Our first is to connect. I just go for it. Who cares? And I started to connect a bit more and I think it did good to me. It really felt better. And in order of connecting, I have found people in also way. Like I realized I don't need so many people or I don't need anyone to help me because I did this thing myself. I approached someone. I kept on the conversation, I keep on talking. I didn't move back. I was moving ahead

Hey Punitha. This was really great and was very informative and I guess the generation we are leaving in and all the people, the phase they are going through, it is really important to have a proper for mental health and I guess this is the part which is least valued. Nobody thinks that mental health is also important although there have been some improvements in these factors also. But if we talk about before this covert time, mental health was not even considered a problem

And also Yep as I told like being happy for yourself is doing good for others or something really nice and that would keep your mental health really strong.
