And I was feeling kind of down, and I had separated myself for a moment, and when I heard this to be present, be present to not only the moment to yourself, be present in the moment, be present in life itself. And I realized I don't have to worry about my job. That was beginning on Monday

So leave tomorrow for tomorrow, next week or next week, whatever future thing for the future thing. But today is enough. Life being in today is enough. So thank you for responding and adding the extra piece. I feel like some allergy just went down my throat. But anyway, I hope that you've continue having a very thoughtful and present weekend. Don't ask me how far we hike, ask me how many times I took a rest stop. That's how we measure it. So a good day, you had a good number amount of rest. You don't feel too drained. A bad day, you couldn't afford to rest, you had to hike through. So I hope this analogy helps. I hope people can follow it. Or maybe you agree it makes sense and hopefully others have other analogies, but this is an amazing space

I think it's a blessing for you. Nothing on your mind, nothing plaguing you. This is a day to recharge and like you said, be in the a moment. Man, I wish I had more days like that. And that's such a good thing to have a refresh Friday because I often time have to remind myself to recharge and remember to take care of myself. I can't help others without a clear mind, a clear spirit energized sleep just enjoying nature
