I don't know what that thing is for you today, but I hope as soon as you're done with this world, if you choose to listen, you will do. Thinking is great. Planning is awesome. Doing is amazing. I'm PK. This is forecast Wednesdays. Thank you as always for listening. I hope you have an amazing day. Peace

@Zaara You’re leading 💪🏾💪🏾

So even though you admittedly, like, self admittedly, you're like, I think I can be an overthinker. You're also making decisions because the protagonist is like the lead character. So you're the one that's sort of running the story, which is great, right? Versus you're just sort of being just reacting to things and being reactionary. You're leading it so you've we know you're thinking you're still moving. So that's what I took from what you said

Pk. You are reading my mind. I think this is so insightful in the fact that I do this every day. I wake up and I get in the shower and I think about the exact same thing every single time I'm in the shower. Even when I'm soaping and cleaning and shampooing and conditioning, my mind is just racing and it's all for a specific topic and area and concentration in my life

@JCB07 Striking the balance 🙏🏾

And that sounds like whatever it is that is on your mind in the morning while you're going through your process, maybe it's hard to do things we don't want to do. And it is also one of the defining characteristics, I think, of just being an adult, as they like to say, adulting. So like you said, we have to figure out how to strike that balance because obviously we don't want to just be out here making decisions and not being thoughtful about them

Hi PK, great topic. Thank you for sharing where you're at. I definitely can relate. I get very obsessive about particularly things that are stressful, but and also things I'm excited about too. And if I notice that I'm spending what feels like too much time, especially if it's something that's stressful because having those cortisol levels up all the time can't be good for your body, we know it's not

That is a magical perspective! @finnave

Good afternoon, Finley. Good day. Maybe. I'm not sure what time it is. Wherever you are in the world. Thank you so much for responding to this. Well, I loved everything that you said, particularly how if your mind is fixated something, you set time aside for it

@PKBriggs

And I know that I tend to try to shake that off and just get in there, even if it's not perfect. So I think with that, we just have to accept that things aren't always going to go as planned. And as a very heavy planner, I know that I have to sometimes push myself

Thank you 😁😁@JLMcMillan

I really love what you said and especially about just the accepting that things are not even that they're not going to work out, but just there's no perfect. Right. And then I think sometimes any imperfection is the perfect. It is exactly what it was supposed to be. And I love how you just put it on your list anyway, even if you're not even sure you're going to get to it. But just putting it there. Right

Pk!! I missed your posts so much

Hey PK, it's been a while. I really missed your post so much. I think I'm probably going to come back here and take some time and listen to all your posts because I love them. But what you said, I get stuck on the team me all the time. It's usually before I go to bed. That's when I do like reflections. And sometimes I go to bed feeling satisfied. Sometimes I go to bed feeling very guilty

Hey, PK. Great themes this week, just in terms of getting on stuck and moving, and then this connection that sort of liberates you into a new kind of stratosphere of connection. It's always about paying attention to signals and not having preconceived notions of the limits. And I think in this time of rekindling in your life, it's really sparked. It's kind of lit up a path for you that I resonate with. And I think time is really bent when it comes to souls connecting
