And I also like how you framed it that once you got free from that, that was it. That was like the yoke flowing. You're free. Now you are free. There's nothing that's going to grip you like that. I think sometimes there's so much power in these tremendous, terrible, sometimes experiences that we have because it's like, I beat that s***. Life is good. I'm going to be good. So I received that
