Maybe the first time in my life that I can remember, someone asked me how I was doing. And I automatically always say I'm good or I'm okay because I generally am. Even through the most difficult things, I'm generally okay. Like I always maintain a sense of okayness. So I said, I'm okay. And then I said, no, actually, I'm not okay. I'm not okay. But I'll be all right

And we all want to wave wands to get through tough times. And I don't even know. I think metaphors that you brought up are really powerful. And I think sometimes metaphors are just more than clever words. There are way to frame things so that we can actually lift ourselves out of what we're in because we've reframed them. And reframing is everything sometimes
Hey, PK, this is Raphael. I just wanted to acknowledge what you said, the idea of taking things moment by moment, because I think there's been a shift, and that now not even a day is a good day, but we realized that the day is filled with events, and those events can shift you

Hey PK, you know, I'm not alright either. We've had also probably one of the most challenging tough weeks of our lives here in London and we've how you somehow managed to be okay. I don't even know why I'm telling you this but I heard your message yesterday. I was sitting in the car in the car park and I opened up the app. Yeah. So all I want to say is I hope your week gets better. I hope things get better

Thank you so much. And I just love that piece you said about getting the power or the energy from these experiences to power through that. We just like doing the best we can. We really are. And it made me think about this

I feel like this is making everyone feel better, hopefully, or like that if they're not better, because maybe it's not making you feel better, but if you're not better or okay, it's okay to be not okay. I think that's somebody's book or something or someone said that, and it's a lot happening. It's a lot happening. Like, I do not underestimate the power of energy and cosmic forces

Hey, Mark, thank you so much for responding and just hearing me. And I hear you too. And hoping that your energy gets lifted by something, some small thing, big thing, an unexpected thing. They're out there. And yeah, I think something you said that made me think about this. You said, it's amazing how you're all right. The thing is I said I'm not all right, but I'll be okay. I'll be okay

I received your meditation, I received your prayers and sending them right back to you to have a fantastic weekend and peace. If he signs you wherever you are

But the world never ended for me and I always did end up all right and okay, with enough space or time for healing or just replenishing or whatever it is you might need. There are probably so many people in the world right now that are not all right, but they don't feel comfortable or safe to share that. So instead they're smiling, but they're wincing through their smiles or whatever it may be. So I appreciate and respect you for speaking the truth

It's like expected. When you say something slightly different, people sort of pause and look at you and you're like, I mean, you did ask and then that goes back to our programming, right. So you feel like you can't because nobody wants to hear it or whatever things that we tell ourselves or were imposed on us. So I'm going to leave with that, too

I don't know how to feel about what I'm witnessing on a day to day basis. And it's not just Ukraine. I mean, it's Palestine, it's the Congo, it's Nigeria. So many places. And Ethiopia is a lot. People are starving to death. People are suffering in a way that I cannot imagine because I'm seeing it firsthand. I'm seeing it

And you see it very real. You don't see it like we see it. We see it kind of like a TV show after editing in certain Pardes and with warnings and disclaimers. So we really opt into it versus you don't opt into it. It is the work. So you're getting some images right as it's happening. And then you make it fit for public
