You can go walk down the street and get a cup of coffee, put some sugar in it, take a sip and go back to your office. You can, because you know what? Unless you're a surgeon, like a cardiac surgeon, no one's going to die when you walk away from your desk for five minutes. I know there's this thing about importance and our importance and tied to work and our output and those things are real as well

Well said. Thank you so much. Very much needed this hour of recovery and healing being tested coin positive few days ago and nothing seems to be all right. When the body is in pain, we be more of complaining zone and more of anxiety and also had to overcome all these things like with gratitude. Maybe we need to talk to your friend about it and then just get lighter and just feel gratitude for all the organs and everything

Hello. Pique Zaki is having a break, a longer break in the mountain doing nothing but heating the Shelley and eating. Right now I'm walking in the snow and yes, normally I don't do that because my shoes get full of snow and then it's wet and it's unpleasant. But the weather is so nice and it's seven degrees Celsius. This morning it was zero, but in the sun it feels like spring really. And the snow is melting fast

College and prioritizing yourself

Hi. So I'm still new to the app and this is the first time I'm hearing your swallow. But this is the first one that came up and I really pike the idea of refresh Fridays. It's it's a good way to end the week and just reevaluate yourself. And while this is a little different, the examples you said about working or things, I totally agree that you need to prioritize yourself and really care for yourself sometimes

I'm going to screenshot it and use it as my background. I went to Utah recently, which is a very beautiful place. I mean, you guys have real mountains there where you are in the Swiss Alps. Good day Hima. Hope I'm saying your name correctly. If not, please let me know. And yeah you're right. When you are sick you do just feel like in every like every way because you're slow down, you can't do what you want to do. Your mind is a little foggy, your body doesn't feel 100. But I am wishing you a speedy full recovery. I had covet myself in December and it really caught me off guard

And as you said, the hustle culture is so celebrated nowadays, which is kind of sad because your Kidney's health is more important than that one email. So go pee if you have to. But I'm glad you went and got that lunch instead of starving yourself. But yeah, I'm going to go and get a full 8 hours of sleep
