And like, right now, it applies to me today in my real life because there is a project that I have to do, and I'm kind of stuck, right, whether it's fear or just not believing in myself enough at this moment. But I go to type words and then I get a bit stuck and it's not stuck for ideas, but stuck for does this sound good enough is very conjugated properly. Does the common belong here instead of just letting it flow?

And it's just that feeling of I need to get it right. And so I literally just said to myself before I clicked on here to listen to your swell. I literally just told myself, you know what? Just focus on your drafts. The final product does not have to be perfection. And that's just, like, kind of a part of my neurosis anyway

And it's about tapping back into that strength and realizing that if I apply myself in these ways and I've done it in the past, so I know that I can do it.
