Mental Monday’s: Visualization

article image placeholderUploaded by @PKBriggs
Good day. Good day, friends. It is P K here? It's mental. Mondays. On a Tuesday. Yep, I did it again. Mental Mondays. On a Tuesday. I mall myself to flexibility of doing the mental Monday on a Tuesday. If I choose the mental Monday for today is dream it before you can see it, visualize it before you see it, think it, hope it, plant the seed in your mind that will grow in your heart

Manifesting your greatness rewards you in humbleness.

One who visualizes crossing the finish line already knows the victory. So when they do cross it, they act like they have already been there

@DBPardes "Visualizing a relative image of Self." 🙏🏽🌊💭♓️

And we came to a split in the road of our journey, and we were given a choice do you want to take this more serious, or do you just want to get drowned out, be a nobody? And for the first time in our relative life, we felt that we wanted to do something different, and we wanted to invest ourselves into this military life or this military career

Trust me, it's very hard because I'm not somebody who does vision boards. But to this conversation, I would say that it requires that rigor, I think. And what you did, Aaron, by having an actual picture, really, like, yeah, that helps. And to Joanna's point, like, what do you look like when you pass the finish line? What are you wearing? What's across your face? Is it a smile? Is it a grimace?

Thank you my family @The3rdOWL

Aaron. Aaron the third album. My friend and family. Thank you so much for sharing that. I always I mean, any any time you share anything about your military experience, I always feel blessed because because just to know you now and look at that picture. You handsome, humor you. I'm just like, what a journey that you've been through. Sorry, I'm outside, but I just wanted to respond immediately after I heard this

What you focus on is what you get. @DBPardes

Hey, Deborah, happy Wednesday. Thank you, as always, for your contribution and expansion of ideas that are shared here on Swell. And I like that blast part about out the NBA and the fiction and then just how we all have to have, like, whether it's a visual business plan for our life or our goals, whatever it is, or an actual visual one

@PKBriggs: Details & Vividness…

And I think sometimes we hope for the spontaneous existence of what we visualize, even if it is an immaterial success. We visualize us in a boardroom giving a lecture. As CEO, we don't visualize the details in their fullness right. My grandmother used to say that dreams are in black and white, but visions are in color. And what I have derived from that sort of sage wisdom over the years is that details and vividness do make a difference between us simply dreaming something and us realizing something
