What did you do for you today?

article image placeholderUploaded by @realbriggster
So the question is, what are you doing every day to secure your dream, to bring you closer to your dream or dreams? Right? You definitely can have more than one. But what are you doing each day you wake up. They say the infamous day is that you should be working towards your happiness and happiness. Ie dreams. So what are you doing? What have you done today? To move you closer to your dreams? What have you done today?

But at the same point in time, I stay really excited about this Saturday's because the next day is going to be the Sunday, and it's the only day off for me. So yeah, the whole day went on working and working. Then I came back home, had a cup of coffee, sat for a while, just relaxed myself, listen to few good soft songs. Now I'm just planning to take rest and sleep for a while. So it's

Taking time to interact and following moods...

Take time simply and say, we don't need to rush. If you feel tired, let's just be together. This was the opportunity. And then I felt the urge to deal with my apples and to make some compost because otherwise it all rots and can't be preserved for a long time. So I've ended up making 21 glasses of compote preserves. This was my day in a nutshell, but it was really good to see these opportunities and to interact with my Darling

That sounds lovely @dzakyem

Hello, Zaki. I like your name. Very, very cool. Name. Good name. That was lovely. That sounds nice. That's like my favorite part of the day weekend up with the one that you love and just sort of before the world gets noisy and busy and just taking that moment. And then, like you said, just taking your time. You don't have to rush, particularly the day that no one has to work or anything like that. That's nice

@Debasmita19 The exhale is everything🙏🏾

Del Bus Mita. My apologies if I'm saying your name wrong. You sound like a very busy, productive person achieving your dreams. That's amazing. And your window sounds nice. Let's to some music. You said you have some coffee now you're just chilling and tomorrow. So I wish you a very relaxing Sunday. And thank you for joining the conversation. You're

My 3 goal challenge

What a wonderful topic, Taya. That's an amazing question. I think. Well, you know, for me now it's 06:00 a.m. So for me every day, the goal is to do something for myself. At least three things for myself. The first one that's a must, is to work out

So I think I should make it a regular practice. What did you do for you yourself today? That's such an important question. And I think I'm going to make it a Journal prompt because most of us live busy lives and it's hard to take care of ourselves. Sometimes we forget about it. So doing something for yourself, even if it's for two minutes, five minutes, 1 hour every day is so important. So yeah. Thank you

Further reflecttions...

Hello, PK and thank you for your reply. I've just come across a new idea in relation to this idea of fulfilling one's dreams every day and yes, progressing there. There is a notion of constant improvement and the path of regular progress. And this is, in my view, a concept of not capitalistic. But let's say Burgess, like, you know, working people can progress if they do well and regularly with discipline

@theertha "Busy life", stress, having a "good" life even at work...

Hello, theater. Listening to you. I've just thought about busy lives, our busy lives, and remembered that the word stress did not and exist in the past. So it's quite strange we're trying to be efficient more than ever, aren't we? And perhaps some companies push us to be just efficient. So the real well being of a person the person's needs, for example, to have an app of lunch is, for example, disregarded

@dzakyem Thank you for further thoughts to consider 🧐😁

I think that's what I got from what you were saying. But thank you for your further reflections. Also, although I don't really want to jump on the sobering because sometimes life is not all these series of accomplishments and achieving money and things like that. And there's just a living that is good as well. Right. Just waking up. And I listened to one of your swells when you were taking a walk and I looked at the picture and just seeing that is amazing, right
