And yes, bad things happen to us and we do bad things to people in return. But what is your role versus focusing on this other individual? And I just thought that was pretty powerful. But hanging on to blame does not heal the wounds. We sit around thinking about what they did or what happened to us. That doesn't heal us. If anything, I think it just continues to sort of stir the anger and stir the resentment
