I know that these are done with the coach and the agent coming to the University and saying, I can't recruit a kid if I'm not going to be here for the next four years, if my contract is up in two years, I can't go recruit a kid that's a senior in high school or a junior in high school. They don't know if I'm going to be here

Phil, really good stuff here. Really interesting stats that you pulled on the tenure of College coaches. I think it's something that, you know, we have in the back of our minds. But until you can put a number to paper and understand exactly what's going on, it's a little bit more difficult to wrap your head around it. So I certainly appreciate that. I don't know how you solve this problem. Really
