You're going to be handed something and it's going to be up to you on how to get that done. And if you are able to get that done, you will get recognized. You will know everybody in the company. You'll be able to have relationships with everybody from the top down to the bottom. You'll see your work and the effect of your work directly. At most small companies, the demands will be greater, but then again, I think so will the rewards
