Working from Home...Good? Bad?

Working from home is the new norm. And I wanted to take an opportunity to address this because I was a workfromhome employee for the past 15 years and saw many more challenges of working from home. Then I think a lot of people people realize and I think they'll come to realize that as we see, more and more companies tell their employees that for at least the rest of 2020, you will be working from home

How do you build #trust

Phil, it's a very interesting question that you posed. And frankly, I can see productivity gains and losses. I can see so many, you know, things going one way for one and one way for another, another person. But I think universally, at least this is my take on it. And I think this is a universal truth for all office environments that we will not be able to form trust. So let's say imagine where somebody brand new coming in into the office

I think that the teachers of this world are not prepared to do what they have to do, and the remote learning and the remote working for them is really a challenge they're spending in nordinance of time trying to figure out not only what it's like to working from HOMEGOOD bad, what to actually do at home so that you can then impact the school environment anyway. Anyway, hope everything is okay with you looking forward to sharing any opposed bye

What do you & your business need to thrive & grow sustainably? 🌱

However, talking to my friends who have been forced to work from home for the very first time in their professional careers, I hear how much of a challenge that is for them right now as far as adjusting to setting boundaries for themselves, prioritizing their time staying positive, feeling a sense of community. So again, I think it really depends on the particular context of your circumstances

I feel like I know where we're going to about 80%, and then I depend on other input to take it to the final mile. And Sudha brings up a great point on trust and Suda and I work together

So I'm curious to what you see as the challenges of how you're managing this and how you're being managed and what the results are going to be from that in companies making decisions. So I'd be curious to know any thoughts on that
