I wanted to reshwell the Black History Month open swell cast here that Izzy started for us on February 1, the first day of Black History Month. I wanted to just highlight that it's always been important to me and just wanted to share that from a white man's perspective. I grew up in a very white town. Our graduating class African American community, represented less than 1% of my graduating class. And when I went to school, I decided to take some African American studies

I've been listening, and I think it's an amazing space that you put together as far as kind of a safe place. And I really appreciate that I was asking questions from the heart.
