Is the Hiring practice broken?

article image placeholderMonica Wright posted on LinkedIn
I was on LinkedIn the other day and a contact of mine. Jerry Bernhardt responded to a post by Monica Wright, and Monica Wright was a connection of his and now she's a connection of mine. But she posted thoughts about out what she's seen on the job search circuit for the last ten weeks here. And the post really resonated with me because I personally have experienced some of the things that she has mentioned, and I wanted to share my thoughts with that

With less positions and more resumes,, how can the hiring practice be improved? https://www.linkedin.com/posts/activity-6676534974524489729-yaDj

But the general gist of it is really to get your HR person or the recruiter involved with understanding what the position entails and getting them to discuss with you on a technical level. And that really, really helps
