And it makes me a little bit nervous about the COVID vaccine, which I plan to take. But I had no idea how prevalent this Shingles vaccine was, with one in six people having these side effects and then seeing everybody else with their stories, which were pretty similar. All kind of had that same thing. So if you are planning to get this, just know that you may be in for an unpleasant night. So just wanted to share that and share my experience in taking the Shingles vaccine

Phil, thank you so much for sharing this story. I had no idea. So I definitely will be keeping this knowledge with me for when I most likely have to. I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I took the shingles vaccine yesterday. People I know who have had to deal with shingles. It's just horrible. And I even know a couple of people where they have long term nerve pain issues and stuff from it, which is just terrible

Let me take this back and let me come back because I'm detoxing this week. So my immune system is already a little bit down because I'm detoxing. So it's a little rough on the body. So I don't know that I should have been doing that in hindsight, but at the same time, I've had vaccines before and I've never had a reaction whatsoever. So I was totally not expecting anything like this. So I should have read that one in six

Both my doctor and my nurse warned me about unpleasant side effects, and my experience had none except for the sore arm. But as you probably know, it's a two part vaccine. And this past Monday, I went in for my second shot, and I got the chills. So Monday night I was useless. Went to bed by 830, did not sleep very well. Not because I had chills because I woke up too hot, actually, and with a lot of pain in my arm

So, hey, I'd much rather give that pound and not have the night I had on Tuesday night, but I'll take it and, you know, in my weight challenge, it's fantastic news

Well, I finally went and got my second series of the shingles vaccine and wanted to just provide that update here and they say you should get the second one within two to six months. Mine is a little bit over six months. They said it's okay to still go and get it. It the reason I kind of delayed that is out of sheer fear
