Sales Quotas in the year of Covid

And I'm wondering if there's any stories like that out there where you're taking care of clients now in hopes that it will pay dividends down the road. But I know it's a challenging year. I'm really curious to hear more stories about what is exactly going on and me being out of it this year. I just don't have that pulse of what's actually going on. But I'd really like to know, and I just encourage every salesperson in there to hang in there

How are your sales affected with WFH? How are quotas being reset this year?

Old school 😃

Phil, I think we are old school the way we did it. We did the deal closing in the facetoface meeting meeting and that's how we closed deals. We would do the face to face and have the interactions with the customer and make sure it moves forward. I think the sales skills now needed for the next few years until as long as all this remote work is going to be the modest operation
