Early Look at Week # 5 Lines

article image placeholderUploaded by @Phil
Is it going to be the Syracuse defense or Wake offense, but huge lines movement there. There's a couple of undefeated teams that aren't really getting too much respect. Utsa who is undefeated. They go to Western Kentucky this weekend and they're a three point underdog and then Wyoming also undefeated, going to Air Force. That game opened up as a two point line favoring Air Force that's now up to six points

SJSU, BYU, Ohio

They were down to their third string quarterback last week. They still took care of business. I fully expect that whatever that quarterback controversy, if you will, with everybody healthy, turns out to be they're probably going to take care of business here regardless. And then lastly, San Jose State opened up and I want to say they were plus one going on the road to Colorado State. San Jose State Spartans have let me down once this year. It kind of depends on them what team shows up

Is QB Nick Starkel playing?

It was only a six or seven point game, and New Mexico State, I don't think is very good at all. So I'm a little bit concerned there that Nick Nash is going to be able to get the job done. If it's Nick Starkle, I would have absolutely no problems pulling the trigger on San Jose State. I think he could absolutely throw all over the Colorado State defense, but without knowing his status, I'd be hesitant

Can CSU score enough?

So I don't think that San Jose State necessarily needs to be at their best on offense because I just don't know how many points Colorado State is going to be able to score. I mean, I know they put up 14 on Iowa, which doesn't sound like a lot, but Iowa's stellar defense they played about as well as they could play in the first half against Iowa. Like I'd said, so all in all, do I feel more comfortable with Starkle starting? Absolutely

Yeah, I think you make a fair point. Odasio has just a grinding style and always has. And he had it at BC, and he's brought that style to Colorado State, which doesn't seem like a good fit. And as long as San Jose State can stop the run, I think you're on the right side, regardless of quarterback agree
