You're going to be like, oh s***, I have a lot of time. Now that you know that, start plugging that into your day and be strategic. If you have anxiety a lot in the morning, don't do the thing that is going to just make you not get out of bed. Do the easiest thing in the morning so that you get that dopamine spike that encourages you to do something else vice versa

Yeah, this is so real. When I started managing time, like, according to my schedule, like, what feels good, intuitively and lines up with my moments of efficiency and moments of needing to do something less demanding, I totally like, it helped my anxiety so much. It helped my depression as well. It made me feel more confident and more able to tackle things and not feel overwhelmed
