Hi, guys. This is Jaymor from the Face Reality podcast. So I'm like a lot of you guys. These past couple of days have sucked. They've been hard. So I have not been on here because I have been focusing a little bit more on the routine that I need to do. So I'm not a professional. I'm not perfect at this. There are still days where I have to work a little bit harder than some other days

I'm going to recognize the space I'm in. I'm going to honor it, and I'm still going to be consistent and show up for me. And what an important reveal and sharing for the rest of us to hear that no matter how much work we do, we're going to have those moments. And it's quite normal to have those moments. And it doesn't mean that you've had a relapse, that you failed

And so we have to create our own and we have to be able to be our own cheerleader, basically instead of tearing ourselves down, which is kind of what we learned. I feel like from my background, it was supposed to be a motivator to beat yourself up, to say like, yeah, you can do better. That's all you can do today. I'm disappointed. Whatever. All that negative self talk is actually not productive

Hi, Jaymore. Thank you so much for your post, for your swell cast, and for putting yourself out there. This is I battle depression myself. So while I will say that I have many more good days than bad days, I think when you maybe are prone to depression, those bad days can or at least they feel like they're worse than maybe what a normal, undefined normal I guess a normal person's bad day would be. We seem to or at least I do

And I think that's what kind of every psychologist and psychiatrist has gotten to is that we take a snapshot of these motions. Whatever big emotion you're feeling, your body feels it. So the next time you feel that, it knows how to react. So it's very important to me and to try to get it through that
