I only do this because she was the one that had the most content and she was free because, yeah, that's the only reason why I went with her. So don't come after me. Like, why didn't you go with this guy? Or blah, blah, blah. It was just the one that came up, and I resonated with her. She did a really good job of explaining things

I've seen tons of my friends doing it and someone recommended just even like for a minute after your shower, like doing like a cold water, like rinse. So I was wondering how you are doing your plunges. Are you doing it in the back or do you have I know people sometimes go outside and they have a whole tub, but yeah, I definitely want to try it, but I'm such a warm water person, I don't know if I can do it
