And I don't know, it was just like, wow, that is my kid. And I know that may sound kind of cliche or whatever, but there was that moment where it's just like, yes, that is my child. That's my daughter. And it's probably the moment that most mothers have, like, right away. Let's face it, you guys are mothers before we're fathers. It was very beautiful

The world changes when you have a child and that's not a platitude, that's real. All of a sudden so much of who you are becomes about who they are and that's a significant shift in our being and how we perceive the world. And so for me, I think that there are several of those moments. One I think happens the day they're born. The world changes for you, it does. I don't know how else to explain it

And it's hard because and you said something else that really gets to me, too, is how much of me do I invest for them to be them? And she's only eight months. She'll be reaching nine months this month, but I know she gets older, but yeah, I definitely feel like I'm getting initiated into a team where everyone kind of has to go through the suck. But it's so worth it

So I appreciate that. My daughter's father wasn't in her life. He was on drugs, so he was in and out, and she is greatly affected by that. And my son, his father was in his life, but he was okay as a father. He could have been better. Excuse me. I understand. So definitely it was great to hear from the men. Awesome. Thanks for sharing
