So I made a decision to leave and switch over to general surgery, and it was one of the happiest decisions I made. I made amazing friends, you know, got into relationships and the relationships made, you know, I go through the rotation of, you know, who are the people I would talk to? But I noticed something. I noticed I just I wasn't happy. I felt like I was killing my soul by not reaching my full potential

I get to put my hands on tumors and don't want to get too much into it, but I got to see things that a lot of people don't. It's a very exclusive club. I'm not going to lie. I saw the integrity going down, and I saw my own integrity going down too, and just seeing the personalities of my coworkers just completely change. People are lying. People are telling stories. People were just talking incorrectly to each other

It's time to go learn to take care of my traumas and do it my childhood and do some shadow work and find out who I really am. And I'm realizing I'm literally the opposite of what I thought I was and probably what everybody kind of thinks about me too, especially people that seen my past, that experienced it. You know, I've never publicly said this, but you've given me the bravery to say this

And that's something I've always wanted to change, was, I don't understand why we have such close communication. It should be extremely open. It should be like everybody knows exactly what's going on with this person, who they met, who they talked to. But I understand short on nurses, you're short on texts, you're short on doctors. Well, actually, no, not anymore. I feel like there's been a huge influx, actually
