If you've been through hardship and what was your mindset, philosophy, the steps, everything that you did in order to kick that thing's a** so that you can now be right on the path where you want to be. An example of mine being kicking mental wellness a**, I had to go and teach myself how to develop the skills and techniques in order to make sure that my own mental wellness stays healthy

If you like to be considered please leave a message or send me a message to either facebook or our website. Linktree link in biošŸ™šŸ½

So my mental state was really at a bad I was really in a bad place. If it had not been for family, it would have been hard for me to climb out. But family, friends, when you have a good close connection with people, a good inner circle, those people can help you out of the darkest places to climb out of that hole, extend their hand to help pull you out of it. I had that advice

Dont break till you break !

So don't think of breaking down till you can do nothing about it. When it is completely out of your control, till you can control your life, till such time that you're in your senses, you keep doing, keep taking every single minute, moment, second, one event at a time. And then you crawl. You crawl. And then eventually you start to walk, and then you start to run

Because what was important to me was not to focus on the abuser, not condoning what he did. What was important to me was to focus on me and the core of my healing, the root cause of my healing. So on my healing journey, I did the work. I'm still doing the work. Because when you are a survivor, it is forever a part of the fabric of you

Yeah, thank you so much everyone. And again, if you're interested in being on the show, remember it's about a time that you thought, was it for you? That was a done deal, that you can't bounce back from this, and then the philosophy and the straight techniques, whatever it you did to get back, but stronger

Hey, Jesse, hope all is well with you. Thank you for the invite to be on your podcast. I think that would be great. I would love to. Yeah. There's so many things that I feel like I could talk about in my story. Growing up as a pastor's kid struggling with gender, gender and sexuality, my experiences going through medical school, and just in all the various work that I do

Hey, what's up, brother? Have chimen on your swell cast. Like the topic definitely feeling about hardship, so I mean, me personally, one of the battles that I have fought myself personally was being in jail, coming home and getting reactivated to society. Dealing with the rejection and the fight that comes with it, dealing with the pain and the anger that comes with rejection and then having to accept it and understanding where you're at and how you get looked at by society

Hi. Good morning, Yashua. I hope I'm saying that correctly. Thank you for responding. Yeah, I'm really intrigued by your story. That's got to be I don't know if you mentioned when you were institutionalized, but reacclimating to society, I have to imagine, has to be a culture shock and then how having a culture shock within your own culture, it must be a culture shock within itself. And that sounds very interesting and I would love to have you on my podcast
