What is blocking you?
What do you think is stopping you from realizing the true expression of yourself and living the life you truly dream of living

I'm trying to learn cello right now, and it's a hard instrument, but I've gotten past the threshold of sounding like a cow and labor, and it sounds a little better. But I don't do it as daily as I'd like because I get discouraged by what I think would be an ultimate thing to do to play so beautifully. But I think that's what we do. We don't keep the increments alive

I start from the end, I imagine it, and then I reverse engineer it. I also happen to be Dyslexic, so it kind of works out well for me to do that. But, yes, those things the three things self image, self and self esteem are the three blockers I usually have to visit and have a little discussion with to make sure they get out of my way so I can move forward. Does that make any sense? I hope it does

Well, this is a very interesting I think I had a reaction to the question, what's blocking you? Wouldn't you like to know? Wouldn't I like to know? Emotions block me. Judgment, microjudgments, unconscious, automatic judgments block me not feeling heard and respected. That blocks me. So all of those things that I just mentioned are perceptions that I'm making. Judgments that I'm making. So I guess I'm blocking me. I block me

Hello it's a really interesting question and I think over it and I listen to all the replies before I reply and I really agree with the point of view we which is the one who plot myself because I feel the same actually I feel I'm the one who plot myself because sometimes I adapt some way of living which is a procrastinating it really will destroy my life it prevents me from achieving some goals in my life, some dreams, some dreams I'm sorry because of this procrastinating

It took me years of not doing stuff and just feeling miserable about myself before I changed my thinking. I started looking at things differently. That's what I did, and that was it. I changed my mindset around it. Instead of life happening to me and me being a victim, I decided to look at life like life's happening for me to make me better so I can benefit the people around me. And then I had a horrible accident

Winner, winner, chicken dinner. Thanks for the comment. You you nailed it. You know, that's exactly it. You know, it's our thoughts, it's our selfimage. It's our self esteem. It's our self talk. We hold our ourselves back. Our judgment of ourselves as deserving or undeserving people create our lives. Right. It's that simple. Yeah. Everybody thinks it has to be totally complicated, but it is complicated because you have to own it
And I've gone through a lot of growth in the past year or two that has helped me? Build up my confidence? Step out more and try more? But I still have a ways to go

Anybody can be motivated, but it's when you do and when you don't do it's, when you get the results that you get. So that's just kind of how I take it. It's usually it's just me
