Why I don't talk a lot.

It's not that I don't want to. I can't find the word. My brain stops. It's just not there. I've tried to wrap my head around this for years, but I'm unable to. That's just part of me. And I think this is part of the syndrome that people don't understand. They say that we select not to talk. Being selective has nothing to do with it. There are times in our lives where our brains will just shut down

Hey, Patrick, thanks for sharing that I do not have autism, but I can relate in terms of just not being as talkative for certain moments. You know, if I am upset or going through something, I tend to ship down as well. And I feel like, especially in the workplace, there's, like, an expectation to really engage and put on this facade, I guess. But in reality, everyone has their own kind of ways of dealing with things
