So if you're trying to pet a stray cat, for example, giving them your hand and allowing them space to decide whether they want to come to you, maybe scratching under their chin, blinking slowly at them. Yes, blinking and giving them food helps. The food thing is actually probably true for all creatures. Mine even likes forehead kisses. They show their love by rubbing against you and leaving their scent on you

That is genuinely helpful. It's a fact. Especially in close relationships, it happens. Like how you express love is not the same way the other person express love. And we all think that okay, we have done what we need to express our concern and care for them. But for them, that is not the way they acknowledge the love. And that's why a lot of misunderstanding happens between couples also. So I would say it was an ice
