Were The Great Ancient Kings More Than Human? Demigods?

article image placeholderUploaded by @P0pularMadness
The reason why they married their sisters and their brothers was to keep these bloodlines going, okay? These royal bloodlines and their connections to the gods. You can go to the Mayan, you can go to South America, Central America, you can go to the English isles, man you can go anywhere in the world. And when you're discussing ancient antiquity and kings, they were more than mere men. They were children of the gods

You. Hello. What a great topic for your swell. I I agree with you. I agree that a great many, if not all of the very earliest gods and rulers were either demagods or gods. I find that very easy to believe in. I'm a polytheist, so for me, I believe in a lot of gods and goddesses

Civilization, as we know, are very closely affected by the knowledge of these beings. What makes a god a god? The ability to control weather, the ability to manipulate the seasons. It's a number of things that we can touch, know, and even Jeremiah. When you look at our inability to reproduce the pyramids, because we don't know, we don't have the technology that they had

I was raised in California, but like so many of us, I was raised in a Christian household, kind of a Christian household. My mother was a Jehovah's Witness. So it was a very fundamentalist, strident faith. And at a very young age, I came to question it because I would see things like soldiers on both sides of a battlefield praying to the same God

But that didn't make him just an idea. He was a god. Anyway, that's what I believe about polytheism, that gods are real, they're separate. They're not just one part of one entity, just different aspects. I've heard it described that way

Vajrayana- kalachakra

I believe that the answer to the question of whether the kings of the past were demigods is yes. But I also believe there's a universal aspect to that possibility that I'd like to introduce. It's a condition any human can reach through illumination. In the context of Vajrayana Buddhism, enlightened monks were known to possess swift and profound abilities attained through their enlightenment

@raykob interesting take

Because even when you're dealing with AI, I noticed that when you're dealing with AI, man, AI is pretty much leaning, left leaning. So you say anything conservative to AI and it's going to jump to PR mode. Like, man, I mean, as with Instagram and Facebook and everything, but whoever is at the top of that AI can lean that AI in whatever direction that they want it to be mean. And that's usually what happens
