Journaling

article image placeholderUploaded by @owen.hinrichs
What's up? Swellers. So today I just wanted to talk a little bit about Journaling and hear your guys'opinions on it. I have been doing it for about the past month. I try to do it almost every night, and I think for me, the benefits that I have thought of for myself from Journaling is just to have some time with myself to reflect on my day. And it really helps me process and take away things from the day

for me: creativity

But quickly I expanded beyond that because I fancy myself a writer, and I don't think the journaling made me a better actor, but it did make me a better writer, and it actually became not so much reflection on my day, although it often was, it was equally as often creative writing, often without prompts, often sparked by doodles, by quotes, by clippings, from magazines, from stickers, from drawings
@Voice-of-Change
I thought of adding one poem in my Journal and that's it. I took the resolution like about two years, and last year I was able to complete only like for 90 days. I did rot on permanent after March, so it became inhabited for me. And this year yesterday I wrote a simple poem about nature or how I feel or how I perceive the world or something like that. It actually helps our mind to process the world. Actually. Yeah. Thanks for your post. Bye
