A small indie label called decalogue found the film, restored it, and they're now releasing this film for a new audience to see. sepa Our Lord of miracles is a beautiful and surprising film. It opens with brutal images of the overcrowded prison in the cities of peru. It's a shocking opening, but once we get to sepa, we see a completely different kind of prison
