John 5:1-18

"…The response of these so called religious leaders reveals their religion, what it's all about. Instead of rejoicing over healing, and they are immediately accusing the man of sin, their charge is that he is violating the Sabbath by carrying his bed. It's important to note that somewhere in Scripture was there a command against carrying someone's or their own bed on the Sabbath. Instead, the religious leaders were holding the man to the impossible standards of their own manmade rules.…"

Jesus continues to heal such as an invalid man for 38 years. Do you want to be healed? What is in your heart? Jesus knows the truth.
