Being a Pro for your Next Job Interview

These are some very basic things that they look for. I don't think so. Being into recruitments for this long, I don't believe that anyone is a perfect prospect. Anyone is a perfect human resource. But what we exactly look for is that if we are not getting the full if we are not getting a full package, at least we are getting something which is close to it. And we could make someone teach, right?

Also, according to that, for me, that time interview is like okay, it was a sudden conversation of that question and answer according to my field. And after my first interview, I got to note that no, there's a whole lot of preparation and a whole lot of criteria needed, because a good preparation, a good planning help you in the better execution. And that was really informative swell from your side and it's commandable ah, thank you

If it would be negative, I'll learn from that. If it will be positive, obviously I'll get motivated. So yeah, give as much as interviews possible and also as you said of session of questions and answers. Never take an interviews talks a session of questions and answers. It is not take it as a discussion, as a healthy discussion, talk about it, share things, ask questions to the HR

And since I have mentioned that about my first interview and yeah, I have given so many inter you afterwards and as far as of now, I have learned so many things. Hey. Yes. Also that you have mentioned about that we should always get reviews from HR and why it is important. Like I agree and I'll follow this and I'll keep this thing in my mind and it's a great tip. Thank you so much

And there are cases what candidates do is they feel very pressurized that if he is taking the interview, if I need a job, though, I would have to adhere to any kind of a nature or any kind of a bossy feeling that he gives me. No, you shouldn't. If not that one particular organization, then the other one would sorry. You would eventually get the value to your skills. So never feel pressurized under any HR, any HR representative
