Abusive parents

article image placeholderUploaded by @Noor06
Your entire life becomes a secret that feels too dangerous to tell anyone. But I know the feeling. I might not go through the same thing which you guys might be going through, but I know when it hurts, it hurts bad. So there are people out there who are ready to listen, who are ready to lend you their shoulders

And yes, I truly agree that their life is all about being a secret. They just try to share something but they just stop doing that because they are feeling that this might not be good step for us and like that they think things, their opinions, thoughts, their problems, everything are just secreted. Amazing topic by the way

I think parents would mostly want to do something or be strong to us only because they know that we are doing wrong and maybe they know that we would fall and get hurt. Yes, all of our parents some point of time might raise their voice and then we might feel at that point that no, I mean this is not what should be the way it has to be told to us or now. We are like grown up and I have been through this many times

Tough enough and suck it up, and that's not the way. I have had conversations with family members who clearly we grew up in the same household, but what they experienced is not my experience. And I think we came from a great two parent home and it wasn't ruled with the iron fist, but it was definitely strict and definitely rules that apply. But sometimes I have to correct my sibling because clearly she experienced something totally different than I did
