Brave New World by Aldus Huxley overarching point

article image placeholderUploaded by @nolanstanley
So essentially, we came to the conclusion after about an hour and a half of talking that the author well, it's not actually a very good conclusion because that's the depiction of any discovery society that the author wishes for people to not be so set in their ways to not find one ideology or one way of life, and then stick with that. To the end. It is necessary for the survival of humanity and just for the well being of people to question every aspect of their lives

What point is the author Aldus Huxley trying to make in his book Brave New World? Perhaps to beg us to question our reality.

Brave new comment

Hi, Nolan. I like the message of that you talked about from the book of not being too sedentary and trying to change up your life a little bit. I think that's a good message. I'm wondering about the hierarchical spec of the book, and if all the different social hierarchies were able to attain that kind of comfort level, or if that was just relegated to the upper ranks. I haven't read the book, so educate me. I thanks for your comment
