Hi, Nolan. I like the message of that you talked about from the book of not being too sedentary and trying to change up your life a little bit. I think that's a good message. I'm wondering about the hierarchical spec of the book, and if all the different social hierarchies were able to attain that kind of comfort level, or if that was just relegated to the upper ranks.
