Suggestions for a Culture Weekend

And I was wondering, I've never really heard of that as much in the US, especially not as a weekend trip, maybe a day trip to Museum. I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions because I'm looking for things to do during the summer that aren't going to require me to fly. So if you have suggestions for a culture weekend weekend, hit me up. Thank you very much. Bye

Taking a weekend to experience the culture of a nearby city or village is common in Europe but not so much in the US. Does anyone have any suggestions

And you would go on a cultural weekend to the desert or to the mountains or maybe to a Northern Beach, something different than so it's less in terms of different culture and more in terms of different activities that create a culture. Anyway, that's my thought on that question. Good question. Thanks

subculture weekends!

Nolan, I wonder if in the United States it's much easier to do subculture weekends, you know, pop down to San Diego for a dose of Comic Con and beach culture in other same weekend. One thing I might suggest is if you're going to go on a road trip within, say, California or anywhere in the US, do some research online in advance and find somewhere that's having a local music festival. And I don't mean something like Coachella or Lola Paluza
