Hey, swell. This is Bowie and welcome to no Chill. So, uh, Cast, I am one half of no Chill, and I am so excited to start our first swell here and to collectively have have no Chill together. In this. First of all, Amanda and I are going to discuss what exactly no Chill is to give you just a bit of context

And for me, no chill represents one of the first spaces where I felt like it was okay to be publicly and somewhat radically. I don't know. Free, right? No. Radically free. I think it was one of the first places where we were just kind of admitting to, like, we've got this film on that doesn't belong to us, and it doesn't fit. Does that happen for other people?

And I think seeing you do that, seeing myself do that together within the podcast open the door to feeling of safety, to do that in the broader world, to stand fully in the broader world like that. And as you know, when you begin doing that, people don't really know how to act because it's a complete reorientation. And I think I've been living in the many afterlives of that reorientation

I listened to your laughs well, several times because I think I realized while listening to you that no Chill definitely has ruined my life in the best way possible, in a lot of the ways that you mentioned where I never could have foreseen how the podcast, which I feel like we both almost did as like a dare to ourselves into each other, how it would be part of a series of huge changes in my life, especially in relationship to myself
