Yeah. You know, whenever you just like for me, I had stopped socially and got back on. But I had stopped for a year and I was just exploring and just living my life life. Now I got a new perspective and new places I want to go and new places I want to travel

Hey you!

So to fix kind of your schedule of your cardio lightweight lifting and training, that is something to incorporate all of that and also your sleep and other stuff. Because you only have 24 hours a day. It is a little challenging, but I accept other challenge and I somehow fit it all in. Yes, it releases endorphins in your head and in your brain and you kind of get this. I don't know, Rush, and you want to do more things. So I do that a lot
