Jetlag SUCKS

article image placeholderUploaded by @Noalily
We're going to work on a wildlife reservation, but it's going to be super fun. And this is just super quick. We're just trying to keep ourselves awake because jet lag is tough. But what are some ways that you all combat jet lag and try to get onto the time schedule? Thank you. And good night

Please help us stay awake ahhh

Hi, Noah. Lily, I am not sure if this is working, but I am so happy that you are embarking on such an incredible sounding adventure. I wanted to just say that when I go to Australia, the only thing I can do ever is stay awake until everybody else goes to sleep on the regular time schedule. Not sure if that's possible in your case, though, but have an amazing time and see you on the way back or when you return. Bye

I totally agree. Jetlag sucks like a b****, but the thing is that to avoid jet lags, I try to sleep on the whole flight because it's really not much to do. So I basically sleep through it, and mostly during the layovers, I give alarm so that I don't fall asleep while the flight takes out. So I try sleeping through the whole trip so that it doesn't feel at all jet lagged while I land on the other side

That is a long flight from Zimbabwe, but I know how it's like to endure jet lag. It sucks whenever I travel to India or Noa, for example, is when I had even visited to Cancun, Mexico, right? Like, about a week or so before the whole pandemic had kicked in and started for winter break. I visited Cancun with my parents
