How to stay healthy? In DIRE need of advice

article image placeholderUploaded by @Noalily
And I know that working out does help, because at least for me, whenever I feel like a sickness coming on, like sweating it out just does feel good. But Besides taking emergency drinking, that what are some ways that you all manage to stay healthy and you don't have to be a College student on here, like just anybody. If you have any advice as to how you maintain your health, I would really be so appreciative of that. So I hope you all have a swell weekend

All hail the netti pot

So make sure if you have a paper due, start a couple of weeks early. Give yourself that buffer so that you can really take the time to flesh it out. And when it's time to turn it in, you feel totally confident you haven't stayed up all night trying to finish it

I can definitely improve on just getting my little. I do like a lot of workout classes at my gym, but I feel like just getting some fresh air once in a while and not like killing myself studying until 04:00 in the morning, which I accidentally do at times. So yeah, just sleep, exercise, drinking lots of water. Just your classic things. But I agree with what your doctor said about taking all those gummies. They're so yummy, but they don't actually do anything

Oh boy oh boy

I'm taking my pills. I'm doing yoga. Like, what is going on? I want to be a healthy person, and I'm getting sick a lot. I feel you. I have lived this. I have lived this story where I did the right combination of foods. I thought I did a lot of vitamins, like stuff that keeps me balanced, perhaps

And so if you are finding yourself fighting infections or frequently getting sick, then I would highly suggest vitamin D and C. And on the last note, think of supplements as what they truly are as supplements and as needed. And you've you should prioritize getting your vitamins from the food that you eat. But those are my thoughts, professor, 42 out

For one thing, that how, how, how, how, how how to stay healthy in dire independent is that I consider three main things, like on a regular basis, like one is how much sleep I get. Second, how much food I get, what I'm eating. And the third thing is, do I have free time? And the last one is a little bit maybe not as obvious

the neti potttttt

Yeah, I took these immune boosters as well, like little supplements, but I think the main thing I've kind of just started taking is just emergency, and I really try to pinpoint when I start feeling sick and I try to do all this stuff immediately, and I find that sometimes if I do it quick enough, my illness is super short in a couple of days, but if I miss that sort of initial day when it crawls on and I don't take action, then it becomes like a week long or longer illness
